My Parent Coaching program is a transformational journey and includes the full Family Consulting experience. It’s for you if you’re ready to evolve your parenting from the inside out. Through a structured 12-week process, we’ll explore your patterns and strengthen your connection with your family. Coaching teaches you how to find the answers within, while building the confidence and support to create lasting change.

Family Consulting is more short-term and solution-focused. It’s included in the Coaching program and is also its own stand-alone offering. You consult with me as an expert, and I offer personalized advice and creative strategies tailored to your unique situation. If you’re not quite ready to commit to a full coaching program, Family Consulting is a great place to begin. You’ll receive practical tools and immediate relief to start creating more ease right away.
